While my abstract paintings take different forms, the landscape always calls me back. Nature and a horizon are so primal to how we view the world, it's like muscle memory. I'm glad there are artists who document the more human side of landscape — the cities and buildings and inherent deterioration. But I'm really happy to be sharing these differently beautiful and often simpler spaces that offer renewal.
