My bold, colorful, abstract paintings start with swirling large movements, sometimes over collage, often with pencil, marker or dark paints to create depth. It takes courage to approach a blank canvas or panel, and diving in fully is what has worked for me. Fueled by images from nature, I use intuition and play (and some suffering!) to bring each painting to its happy place. That joy is what I hope to share with you.
