DIALOG SERIES
The Dialog paintings form a 15-panel series of conversations. Each painting has two main elements or characters that speak to each other through gesture and connective (or disconnected) dots. They pull together or push apart, chase or follow, and it’s that tension that creates their story.
For me, they are mostly playful interactions, yet I imagine viewers will create their own stories from these relationships. At a time when dialog about many things seems more difficult to have, what conversations might these characters share?
